    Mobile Tree Commission makes tree removal rare, creating site of trees unique to the city. Midtown to downtown streets like Government and Dauphin Street are covered with oaktrees, giving the appearance of driving in a tunnel made of branches. The Avenue through Spring Hill College campus obtained the title, and has beautiful oaks as well.

    A fun place to visit, explore and play. You can learn much regarding the warships of U.S. history. This site is also not far from other war history sites Fort Conde and the Richards-DAR House Museum.
