This is a list of the best exercises from my personal experience.
Full-body Sit Ups
Full-body Sit Ups work your core better than any other exercise I have ever done. It's easy to do and can be done without any other equipment, which makes it especially appealing. Therefore, full-body sit ups are my #1 best of exercise!
Burpees are #2 on my list of the best exercises because they're also easy to do and can be done without extra equipment. Burpees are great for cardio!
#3 on my list of the best exercises ever are squats. Squats help you build endurance and tighten your rear muscles at the same time!
Calf raises are #4 on my list because they're also super simple to do and don't rely on equipment to complete them. They really strengthen your calves, too!
The #5, and last, favorite exercise of mine is the Russian Twist! I love it because it's easy to do but it gets the last spot on my list because you need a weight to do it effectively.
The 5 best exercises in my opinion are full-body sit ups, Burpees, squats, calf raises and Russian twists.
