The Little Theatre is locaterd in the heart of Rochester. It is close to many shops, restaurants, museums, and nightlife.
The Little's atmosphere is is cozy and vintage feeling. There are many rich colors, there is a cafe, and there are only 5 theaters. The Little plays foreign and critcally acclaimed movies.
The Little is a non-profit and often holds events for the community.
The Cinema is by far the cheapest theater and you get the most bang for your buck.
While it is only 1 theater, they do Double Features every weekend.
The Cinema plays a good mix between popular, commercial movies and foreign/critcally awarded films.
The Cinema is very welcoming and friendly, but it can get a bit cold inside.
Pittsford Cinema is the farthest away from the center of the city. It is located in the suburb of Pittsford in a large commercial plaza.
Despite that fact, they often play foreign, selective release films.
This theatre is way more new than The Cinema and The Little and thus has more polished look to it. It feels like seeing a movie in a chain movie theater, so all the comfort and familiarity, but not so much flare.
