My love affair with garlic is shared by many, and because I love garlic as much as I do I am always trying to find ways to cook it as adding it to meals gets boring and honestly I love the way garlic tastes all on its own. So here are a few of my best and most loved ways to cook garlic.

  1. Oven Roasted Garlic

    This is one of the best ways to savor the true flavor of a whole garlic. Topped with a dash of olive oil and seasonings is all it takes to make it perfect. Simply adding salt and pepper will do the job as well. Wrapping them in foild while they cook will give them the tenderness so they really almost melt in your mouth.

  2. Marinated Garlic Cloves

    Marinated garlic cloves are always great to have around as they can be used in other dishes too. You can marinate them so many ways that it's guaranteed you find a flavor or two that you will absolutely love. You can marinated them in ginger and soy sauce for an Asian flavor or use oilve oil and thyme for a more Italian flavor.

  3. Fried Garlic

    Now fried galic can be eaten alone but inmy opinion it is much better if added to rice. Fried garlic is extremely simple to make and takes no time at all. Adding some rice and frying it too makes the rice taste like pure galic. I like to add broth to my garlic gried rice to give it a slight meaty taste.
